I am a Senior Project & Management Transformation Consultant, PMP, and MBA with 20+ years of experience across project management, management consulting, business development, capacity building, and training.
I have worked in both commercial and development environments, supporting project delivery, management improvement, organizational development, and process improvement. My experience includes telecom transformation, business planning, commercial strategy, non-profit development, livelihoods, SMEs, and large-scale capacity-building programmes.

In recent years, I have managed complex capacity-building and organizational development projects with UNDP, UNFPA, FAO, and WHO. My responsibilities included project planning and execution, stakeholder and trainer management, training-content development, quality management, monitoring, and reporting, across programmes with hundreds of courses and thousands of participants.

Earlier, I delivered commercial consulting on due diligence, market research, benchmarking, business planning, sales and distribution strategy, customer segmentation, performance management, and key-account planning. I have also coached and advised 25+ startups on business development, planning, and management challenges.

I particularly enjoy solving management problems: understanding what is not working, bringing structure to complexity, and helping organizations move from plans to execution.

#Training has been central to my career. Over the last 10 years, I have delivered 2,000+ hours of training to 1,500+ participants, with Project Management and PMP preparation as core areas. I have developed training systems and quality standards, and initiated Ryhaan, a small-business training initiative supporting entrepreneurs and development organizations.
